DREAM Act support has allowed the bill to pass through the House of Representatives - but a Senate vote could stop the bill inits tracks.
The House of Representatives voted Thursday night to allow children who entered the country illegally but meet certain conditions to become citizens after attending college or serving in the military for two years.
It's supposed to fail in the Senate but we will see because it is the right thing to do and it is down to a vote in the Senate.
Yopu know I support this act. The ones that don't have no brains.
I wonder if they listened to the voices and not looked at the ethnic makeup and skin color of those that are speaking would alow them to think differently about it.
Probably not. It's all about discrimination.
I saw a commercial for Chrysler. Modern day muc]scle cars chasing doen the zbritish Red Coats. The announcer said America got two things right, Cars and Freedom. George washington, a slave owner, was driving one of the cars. So much for the freedom argument.
It's about money, always has been, always will be.,m sorry to say.
Thanks for the soap box. Hope the bill gets passed.
Peace.
Thanks to both of you! We'll see if we can be on the right side of history this time. Joe, it is always nice to see truth stated in a straightforward manner as you just did.
